  1. 13 - Finding he’s in a low resort can be sticky (8) - AD{HES}IVE

    DIVE = low resort?

    28 - Bound you once with fabric (3-3) - TIE D{YE}

    Once = E?

    19 - General and boy close to home where there is tranquillity (3-4) - LEE SIDE

    How is Boy= SIDE?, I thought WARD was apt.

  2. A cheap place, disreputable nightclub or bar is known as a DIVE

    YE is 'thou or you' in old english

    19D
    General = LEE
    Boy = SID
    Close to home (meaning last letter of home) = E
    So it becomes LEE SIDE, moreover LEEWARD is one word with no hyphen in between

  4. Col,

    I missed asking about this in the morning:

    11 - … and wandering off to Zambia for material (7) - ORGAN*{Z}A. You have indicated as Anagram?

  5. Dear Anonymous,
    Your explanation is incorrect, vigorously is there to indicate that 'greet' is to be anagrammed

  6. 11D is continued from 10A indicated by ... after 10A and before 11A, therefore Rogan bending indicates anagram in 10A and wandering indicates anagram in 11A so we have ORGAN from anagram of Rogan and ZA for Zambia therefore ORGANZA which is the material
