    17A - I am sure 'Bride' is a typo for 'Brie' or it's an amendment made by someone at The HINDU who has not heard of Brie.

    Loved the diggers. Print version has anno in 27 with 13 instead of 1,3 while un-certain has an extra space probably to make up for yesterday's " atleast". Why a headline in an inner pge today continuing a firt page item has "mssive"

    I have been having difficulty, off and on, in accessing the blog from my desktop and ipad for the last few days making me fall back on my mobile, resulting my typing with all thumbs. However, it gets working all by itself once in a while. Any one has any ideas, why and what to do about it?

      As far as the desktop goes, if I delete the cache and clear history data, it solves the problem. iPad is a different story - does not work for me most of the time.

      I too have not been able to make Comments here using the iPad but that is not a problem in wordpress.

      No problems with laptop. Will check out with iPad, generally don't use it much for typing.

      When I first read Kishore's 8:48 I thought it was all deliberate and was trying to figure out what was going on!

    Bump reminded of the road signs in the imperative mood exhorting the motorist to run into the vehicle ahead with th words 'bump ahead'. It only gets worse when the road sign says ' hump ahead'

    Welcome back Sankalak. To me it appeared a long wait with all sorts of distractions like skullduggery, exchequerring setting suns, vulcanisation, lightning and thunder in between.
