  1. For once, had time on Sunday morning to solve an enjoyable crossword!
    Who's the setter?

    1. This crossword is reproduced by The Hindu by arrangement with The Observer, the UK Sunday newspaper from the stable of The Guardian.

This particular crossword was published by the UK paper some seven weeks ago.

The setter uses the pseudonym Everyman.

The original is actually a prize puzzle.

    2. I used to have access to the originals in Nairobi but alas, not any more !

CV: are they available on line? Like the Times or the Daily Telegraph and another one from Scotland?

    3. Of course, it's available on line and unlike The Times or the Daily Telegraph it is for free.
      It can be solved interactively.
CAUTION: As it is a prize puzzle and as there is a deadline for entries. the answers must not be revealed in public forums like this before it's time.
