    1. To be an &lit it should have been 'Piece of colourpaper'

    2. In that case, 'it often gets thrown around' is on double duty - isn't that a no-no?

    3. Confetti is pieces of paper thrown around and not colour thrown around, that's why I made it colourpaper

    4. This gave me a sense of deja vu. Why, will become obvious sooner or later.

  6. I had 11A as FIBRE. {FIB}{RE}

  7. Can confetti be taken as DD? The second def. would be 'piece of colour'.(or colour paper)

  8. Lots of Blanks which always happen to me with d4 type of grid( For want of knowledge I classify grids as E4 like yesterdays with 1 A & as d4 like today's; analogous to king side opening & queen side openings in chess); Could appreciate the beautiful clues only after reading the blog

  9. I found the puzzle difficult, so it was all the more satisfying to solve 90% of the clues.
