    1. Heard tea is supplied at frequent intervals on a menu endlessly as remedy (9)
      Heard Tea = T, Is supplied at frequent intervals = 'T' is added at frequent intervals, on=Re, a= A, menu endlessly = men
      So REAMEN gets T at frequent intervals = T REA T MEN T = Remedy ( Defn)

    2. I think A is in the clue. But 'RE'? 3T's are also accounted for by 'frequent.

    3. Heard tea =~T
      On =Re
      A=a
      T is placed at intervals in Re a & Men(-u) to get treatment which is the intended solution

  4. Enjoyable CW. Thank you AD. Some very nice surfaces. Missed out Germ and (its)make. Make is very deceptively done. I was wondering for a long time if 'tote' would fit in.
    Why shirt in 6A?

  5. 14 Demands to change directions for children (5) SEEDS (-n+s)SEEDS

    For 'demands' I had it as 'needs'....after changing directions... it became 'seedn'....and...errr...imagine my dilemma...to (be)get 'children'!!!

    2. No code. Paddy should, of all persons, have got it. CV means the Irish flag is inserted in the blog in the wrong place - just after 'Down' instead of being placed after 4d.

    3. Probably the flag was hoisted (up)?

    4. You name me paddy and then want me to change my nationality! And know the language too.
      BTW, how did you get it in the first place. Shall I pass on my title?

  7. To make up for Kishore's absence CV is writing in codes!

  11. Thanks everybody. Sorry for the bloopers in 10A & 17A. Even after repeated checking such mistakes somehow creep in. Ranger can take heart now. If a comparatively younger person can be inattentive, he should not chide himself.

  12. Take heart- prETTy! We took it right.
