  5. Easy one today. Even the new words were guessable from crossing letters.

  7. Completed IXL 2016 after an hour of struggle for two peculiar and rarely used words. Rest were fairly ok. How about ye-all? Why no comments from any one ? I'd love to know who the compiler(s) are !

Is the Col prohibiting or censoring? I had asked whether it is in order to discuss parsing, etc, after the results are known and announced. Quite a few of our bloggers are seen on the Leaderboard ?

    1. Raju, after the results are announced on Saturday you are free to discuss the CW in whatever way you want. Ajeesh has been posting the annotations in the Facebook group of IXL participants

    3. Thanks, Col. Unfortunately, I'm not on face book. I'll give my comments
, of course, only after the Sunday latest appears, on the previous ones.
Is there a panel of setters or only one? Looks like there are many, as each Sunday brings up more unusual an challenging clues.

Again, since the competition is internationally open, is it fair to use first or middle names of Indian personalities ? Like RATAN ?
