    Anagram of Agra, Rome, Me = AEROGRAMME

    24A Plague record one medic assembled (8)
    Record=EP
    One=I
    Anagram of EP,I, MEDIC = EPIDEMIC

    2D Nurses go operate with them! (8)
    Anagram of Nurses, Go = SURGEONS

  5. 2D Nurses go operate with them! (8)

    Here the grammar does not seem to be OK. If we improve it by adding 'to' after 'go' the anag fodder suffers. A suggested edit is just add a comma after 'Nurses'. "Nurses, go operate with them!" (with the given exclamation mark) will make it imperative tense and might be taken as an order from a hospital chief administrator.
