  7. 1-A, in my opinion, does not fit the definition of a puzzle. How are we to assume a proper noun (Lattice Bridge) without at least an anagrammatic clue ? Compared to this, 24-A is ok.

    1. Stray cattle interrupt Indian is an anagram only. For getting Lattice.

    2. Agree
1a is a bit unfair clue esp since lattice bridge not a common noun.
For me game:bridge needs an indication atleast that it's a card game.
And cluing it as bridge as it is makes the clue, really only for lattice. But the solver doesn't know.
Proper noun should have been more properly clued.
