  6. Is BODEGA a boozer? I thought it is a wine shop or a Hispanic tuck shop ?

    SALAMANDER= POKER? HARRY?

    1. Bodega is a wine shop or a bar situated in a Spanish speaking locality. So is a boozer, an informal name for a bar.
      Salamander: Harry is the Anagram indicator, 'reads' the anagram fodder. Yes,
      salamander is an iron poker used in a fire place.

    2. Thank you Ranger. I knew that H(h)arry is the anagram fodder. However, I have learnt today that SALAMANDER is also an iron poker in a fireplace and not just a newt or eft!
