      THC is up by 1 a.m. and when needed one can solve it online anytime and put up the blog at 8-30.
      When the solver is a committed blogger like the Col and the puz is by an Incognito, can there be any holdup?

    7. But let me add that among other professionals and civilians too there are such people - it's the mindset of the person and not what profession one is in.
      Else why should top CBI officials be fighting with each other?
