However people are STRESSED since the courts have regulated the bursting of crackers. An EXTREME step necessary to save the environment.

      The referred article is interesting and quite elaborate but talks nothing about reversal. But she says 'Expect the unexpected and there lies the charm'. We will have to leave it at that.
