  3. Is 24 HP okay? "in speech" is a perfect hp ind. But my point is 'dull' = boring. His speech was dull. His speech was boring. He is a bore. He is a dull person/speaker/writer.
    Does the point I am trying to make is clear? Do you agree?
    I am always willing to see other points of view. If someone says what I say is unreasonable I am ready to retract.
    Some setters say that they refrain from commenting on fellow-setters' clues.
    For me a clue is a clue. Who wrote it is immaterial. I comment on a clue if I have something to say either positively or pointing out what I think is a discrepancy.
