Delete27 - Get on line for Internet market information (7) No 9728, Thursday 31 Dec 09, M Manna
ReplyDeleteJohn doe of thcc (JDT-1). Trying for anno. Anyone!
What's the query? Didn't understand.
DeleteAnno for the above clue.
DeleteWhat is JDT-1 ?
DeleteJust my notation of John Doe (unsolved) on Thcc.
Delete27ac - Get on line for Internet market information (7) - (NIEL*)SEN (from SENsex maybe for market information!)
DeleteThis is given by Anokha in the comments section of the day's blog.
But I can't understand how 'sex' gets deleted frim 'Sensex'. Probably you will be able to get it. Pl. keep me posted if you get it.
My basic doubt- if Nielsen is the solution what is the def.?
DeleteI see that Nielsen is a Danish composer, but still I don't see a connection.
What is Nielsen data?
DeleteNielsen is a global company built on data and analytics. It measures both what we are buying – by monitoring sales of packaged goods across 106 countries – as well as what media we are watching, reading or listening to. ... It's like building an app on a mobile phone, where the mobile platform is Nielsen's data.Oct 20, 2016
This is what I got from googling. So Nielsen- def.- is a market (not stock market) indicator.
I too have seen the comments of that day. It was incomplete.
DeleteI was with Orkut those days!
Probably, internet is taken as SEN [social entertainment network]!
Of course, it is my wild guess.
Paddy @ 17:23:There is no anind for line, plus the deletion indicator for SEN(-sex) is missing. There were many topsy turvy cluing those days by Manna and Nita Jagi.
DeleteIs 'ON' (as in on/ off)supposed to be the anind?
DeleteI agree with the second part of your comment about Manna/ NJ.
I think 'Get on' works as anind.
DeleteSree_sree: Thanks for your response yesterday. I an neither on Hotspot nor is it a network issue. As you say, it could be a browser issue, as when I log in on to the blog, and hit publish, it brings an error of Whoops , something went wrong etc. I reckon, it could be my Google sign in problem. This is the case for my Samsung Smart phone and the ASUS Notebook. I am trying to restore settings but not yet successful. There seems to be a synch problem. Any advice is welcome to restore my sanity ?
ReplyDeleteToday's Arden is an easy one. I loved Malala DalaiLama=== ooh lala !
