    1. Why not. If you inherit a home from a loved one when they die, and they had a home equity loan on the property, you unfortunately also inherit that debt.

    1ac - if drill is the anagrind, what is separately in the clue?
    26ac - what is the indicator for Telescopic?
    Kindly clarify.

    1. 1A- Possibly to indicate that F&H do not occur next to each other but come separately in the solution.
