    The MAVEN psephologists will soon be working overtime. Every Indian waits with heart beating to know what will BETIDE. The ANSWERS no doubt lie with the voters.

    On D-DAY the CURTAINS will be drawn to usher in the new team.

    The new Prime Minister is not going to be from MARS or RUSSIA! He/She will be one whom we all know.

    ABOVE ALL one prays that there should be no STRIFE in the selection process after the results. May we get a stable government (sans horse trading!) and may the red CARPET welcome an able person!

    Raju Umamaheswar? Back to base! Boy, am I glad ?Happy to join on a regular basis once all whining etc are restored after being left behind in safe custody.

    One benefit I derived is during this hibernation period, I could solve bumper number of ctrosswords including a marathon of 450 in book of crossword from Everyman.

    Keen to recover from bronchial congestion and wheeze acquired from the horribly cold weather of New Haven.

    Thanks KKR & Vasant. No Vasant, no go there because my son-in - law is a TTnd it is a project to get mired up upto the neck, head and foot and get some stuff from
    outside. So I stayed put and stuck to my addiction of solving crosswords that were my life- saver.
