  7. Good one from Crescent as always. REMUDA, ETALON were new words, but gettable through the wordplay. Liked the tricky ones - TIPU, GLOBES
    I interpreted PONTIFFS as P(soft) ON (about) TIFFS (arguments) and was wondering how to fit the "never" :)
