  7. 21D. FORBID. can swing bothways=bi, (as in bisexual)and ford = bar. Bi in ford is forbid. Stop it= forbid. I hope this is correct.

    Which is correct?

      A couple has two children. Find the probability that both are female!!

  14. As a collective Noun it takes either singular verb or plural, depending on the purpose, idea of the writer.
    When you take it as a Unit( like say Committee, Team, jury) it takes singular.
    So, it is The couple has two children.
