    1. R = take (as in prescriptions)

    2. As Ramki said, That Rx a doctor writes on prescription (R in typed world) is symbol to take

    3. Thank you. Rx is also derived from a Latin word recipe which means 'take'.

  4. 7A. Grub (def) is larva, caterpillar
Had (eat=ate,.like in the words I had food)
Medication=pill, in vehicle (car...In car, that means remaining letters should come in between C and R)
The problem is with cater, and accounting for r before pill.
While cater means to provide food (Acc to.collins ) we have phrasal verbs like cater to, cater for.
Had to take doesn't mean cater as it doesn't give meaning as take.

    2. Seems so. Hairy also means tricky, dodgy ..

    3. It's not new. Harry means to disturb or distress, it's a synonym of harass, has been used earlier also

    4. But, here it is 'hairy' and not 'harry'. Had got the answer but encountering it as an anagrind for the first time :)
