    Reverse Anagram of One Tug that is Wagging tongue would give you one tug

  12. The six finalists who went onstage were Venkat(VS), Ramki, Abhay Phadnis, Narayan Mandayam, Shashwat Sinai Salgaonkar and Devraj S.
    The finals were played in a quiz format. The across clues were taken first one at a time. After solving all across clues, the across clues were erased from the solved grid which was projected on the screen and then down clues were taken.

    1. Thanks Vasant for the brief. Yes, all the clues are good.
      On-stage rounds, 11AC, 13AC like clues could delay and even go to the audience.

    2. In fact in this puzzle, no clues went to the audience.. I remember 13A was solved by Narayan Mandayam in a jiffy.
