    1. You can use letters from (cut my lip) repeatedly to form multiplicity.

    2. This is a letter bank clue where you can use letters in the word bank (cut my lip) more than once.

    1. It is like a bank (collection of letters). Answer has only these letters - any no of times.
      Repeatedly is normally the clue indicator.

    2. Multiplicity (defn mass) uses letters only from 'cut my lip' several times (repeatedly).
