    1. And Then indicates after turning the blame (turn rap and then turn rent).
      Only "and" indicates (rap+rent)<=

    2. Yes, that was the idea - spelling it out step by step, the algorithm could be interpreted as reversal of both terms. Havent seen this before, so was wondering if that worked.
