    1. Off is anagram indicator.
      Off ered =deer.
      Let us say if you read "off ered" in a clue, you would get deer.
      RA is reverse anagram, which means the solution when solved gives the fodder. Here fodder=deer.
      We have to do a bit of guessing on what anagram indicator fits the solution..

  5. Pixie Dust favourite clues are CA, RA, Letter banks& spoonerism. I still find it difficult to crack the above types. Otherwise Quite a nice CW given by Mona Saigal.
