    But, is Otto a knighted German? Otto, as per dict., only indicates wealth and prosperity.

      Rag is a news paper that is sleazy, like a old torn cloth
      Organ is a news paper that acts like mouth piece of some specific group.
      It's like she to be synonym of he/him.
