  3. 14A- 'Moving a step ahead' us usually used in moving a letter in a given word. N for M had me confused though I was able to fill in with the help of def. and crossings.

    1. Not the one to give up. The words MEA CULPA are repulsive to him as AU Grating to an OCELOT. He could see through the REAR WINDOW the dancer moving through the VERNDAH. He needs to get to her before she crosses the NEEM tree just before the gate. His eyes fixed on the KEY CHAIN that hold the key to the TREASURE. Nothing is going to SKEWER his eyes this time. Not even the PASTIME DIRECTOR of the CRUISE sitting with him. He knew very well they he is not EXEMPT from repaying the EVIL ETAILERS debt or his CALIBRE will be BANGALORED!

  7. I too had not heard of BANGALORED. Had to Google after getting the crossings.
In Spooner I thought 'charm' is the definition and wasted time trying to switch smelly bag.

    My fav today
    AU GRATIN. REAR WINDOW. FROLIC.
    Thanx Sowmya!
