It is not the solution but how you arrived to get it using the clue(annotation)is an important factor, which communicates to other members of the blog that you have/are attempting to solve the clue properly. This learning only will give you confidence to solve more cryptic CW. So, attempt properly and if you are in doubt others will help you to learn.
