Too many non-english english like shelling is uncover but here it's used as container!

Toper crew? What's it, a drink?

      Metallic iron tastes metallic

Blend is portmanteau. Blend word is portmanteau word. To extend the def blend to blend word and then solve....

Get the wind up is to.make someone frighthen, not become frightened!

  6. I always found Crescent CW tough to solve. Today it is “not touchable”. Clues are not perceivable like 3rd day crescent moon😀

  10. Does CW need logic ? Seeing today's, it seems a 'No'. Perhaps, according to 'Crescent', a far-far-distant clue shd be sufficient to solve.
    26-ac - Where's the ref to 'Dress' - habit ?
9-ac - Why is the word 'Gold' in the clue ?

(A CW hint to explain my position vis-a-vis today's CW -
"PG Engineer's game affected by rain and half-moon" (2,2,5,2,8).
    I mean,
    "Me, no match to Crescent".
    😁🙏🌹🙏😁
