    1. Where did you get 'outdo' from?

    2. Sorry typo. (Typing from mobile). Its outro.

    3. I can't agree Prasad.
Outro is the concluding part of music. So, we should be considering C rather than M

      Delete
    4. Outro is piece of music. so M inside Treble. Rock is the definition

    5. It is not only a piece of music. It could be the concluding section of some music, TV or radio programme, game, etc.

  2. 13AC I felt it is:
    N+EVERMORE
    to be always=evermore
    limit[edge] of certain=N

    2. I have a doubt on the def. Nevermore is never anymore or never again, which means not repeating. At no time implies not even once! Do they mean same?

  3. I have a doubt about 21D-
6 games is A set- how can we get 'sets'?

    1. The set is over(up) after anyone takes 6 games in a row.

    2. It has to be in a row. Not necessarily just 6 games. At 6-5 the set is not yet over

    3. Not even six games can give you set. It can be 10-8 to win

    4. I am not clear on the "necessary and sufficient" rule yet. I only pointed out on how to read sets up.

    5. KKR,
10-8 is not in a set- it is the (deciding) match tiebreak. A set is either 6-4 or 7-5.
My quwation was how A set become sets?

    6. That way even 7-5 is a tie breaker. The rule is 6 in 10 serves. At 5-5 its a tie and whatever follows is a tiebreaker.

  4. 13A Hi! I think setter's intention is ...To be always within a certain limit? = Never More. (When one is 'Always within a certain limit', one is 'Never beyond a certain limit' i.e Never More)
At no time = direct defn.

  5. 1A. For a while I took 'temper tantrums' as the definition but of course soon realised it is an anagram of 'tantrums one'. A great clue! Thank you, Vulcan.
