    Is notedly = D? We use G also in some cases for Note, like in yesterday's ET Xword:

    Siddharth has given you the answer for 15A and also the answer for Note in 1A and 7D, both D & G are musical notes.
    As regards RA it stands for Royal Artillery which is an arm of the Army in the UK
