    13 - *East German trucks into vodka cocktail without notice (6) - V{OST}OK(-ad)*

    East German = OST (OST is East in German)
    trucks into = inclusion indicator
    vodka = Anagram fodder
    cocktail = Anagram indicator
    without = deletion indicator
    notice = AD

    so we have {V{OST}OK(-ad)*}

    About this clue:

    University doctor in Velachery outskirts excised the inflammation (8) NEURITIS(-vy)*

    It wasn't a favourite with me. To indicate an anagram with 'doctor', the clue should either say 'doctor [fodder]' or '[fodder] doctored'. '[fodder] doctor' doesn't do it logically. Plus, the 'in' is misleading.
