  2. At times the setter and the solver are not compatible and still gray areas are there. Namely anno pending, proper justifications et al.

    1. I think it is Colji or Vasant cracking the solutions and presenting it here. Normally, setter do visit the blog to see the solver’s reaction and do interact with us at that time.
