  2. 17A- Associate eventually- I took it asE and struggled!
Turns out 'Eventually' stands alone and the blood vessel is quite medical.

  6. Found it v tough today.
In 22dn - good is use? Can someone explain?
I too struggled with wicket, associate eventually, blonde (light) and gathering (fest)

All in all a very poor show. Need to learn a lot more.

    1. Good = use in a very "Of what use is war?" = "What good is war?" sense, perhaps.

    2. It's become synonym in usage. That's why the construction of sentence changes when we try to replace use with good.
The actual meaning is benefits/resulting good.
      What use is war
What is the resulting good of war
      What good is war
