  1. As it often happens, missed just 2. Stopped at 8.30

    THICK AS THIEVES, CAROL, MARSUPIAL, DUDGEON, RHINO, TRAPPINGS, UNGUENT, CELLO, ADMISSION, VOILE, TAUNTED, OPPRESSEs, LASSITUDE, THEME were good.

    Specially liked AMOR(-ph)OUS, ILL AT EASE, ISTHMUS, TROUSSEAU, MISER, DRESS REHEARSAL, INUNDATED and a few others,

    2D - HARMONICA - would dread to see a cartoon from Kishore.

    Not sure of anno for 5D.

    Like Hamlet, rest is 8D. Unlike him, still alive and kicking.

    girl=lassi/lassie (in Scotland)
    hence girlishness = lassitude

  5. DG's opening comment reminded of Boney M's Rasputin.

    Har Monica reminded me of possible objection due to similarity ot Har Har M......

    8. Col,
      My comment was relating to the Monica Lewinsky in question and her 'job' with the US Pres and juxtapose K's innocent comment.

    9. That should read "juxtaposed with K's innocent comment at 9.02"

    10. Raghu, that should read "juxtaposed with K's not so innocent comment at 9.02"
