ReplyDelete@LNS,
ReplyDeleteThe Sunday CW of The Hindu is syndicated from The Guardian of the UK
Thanks, Col Saab
ReplyDeleteThis CW appeared on Easter Sunday in The Guardian, that's why the NINA in the grid reads EASTER SUNDAY
ReplyDeleteThis is the first time I'd gotten to read the magazine. It's really good and so is the crossword.
ReplyDeleteSeems like I been missing some good stuff.
Didn't notice the NINA until the Col. pointed it out.
ReplyDeletewhat is NINA?
ReplyDeleteLNS, after you've solved the grid, you'll find the word "Easter Sunday" hidden (2nd row on the top + 2nd row on the bottom). They call it "NINA" when this happens i.e. words or phrases hidden within the grid.
ReplyDeleteI see what you mean. tx
ReplyDeleteDon't mention it.
ReplyDeleteI don't know why they call it that though.
