      We may call it a mini theme.
      You must have noticed how in my regular full-fledged thematic crosswords there might even be a dozen related words.
      Here while filling in, I might have seen the possibility of a thematic and just inserted it.

    1. +1. Came across it in downtown abbey. I didn't look dictionary but I thght it meant raw spirit, not tamed by society norms.
