Delete16D....isn't that ok
Sorry. Four consecutive blacks in 5th and 11th rows - is it considered non- std🤔
Delete@ ramesh ss - No. The 2 halves are completely disconnected. But i dont know if that is allowed.
DeleteRamesh K. Consecutive blacks does not mean unchecked.
DeleteCheck the link posted by KRM at 11:34 above to learn about grid construction
@ramwsh K; unchecked lights is the operative word. No 3(or more) consecutive lights should be part of only one clue.
Delete@Ramesh SS Standard crossword, we should be able to travel from any light to another in atleast one way.
Do you see a way from A2 to say A13?
@Gowri. Effectively They are two crosswords. I just pointed because Col stipulates a single ,13*13 or 15*15 in his guidelines.
Please read b2 to b13.
DeleteI don't see 2 CW's that are totally separate without any interconnection.
DeletePaddy, can you see a way from b2 to b13. I cant.
DeleteSure Col

DeleteThere's more to this than meets my eye it seems. Yes clear connection isn't there yet grid seems symmetrical and ok...didn't realize the part that the maze has no exit!
Even i want to learn about this. Kindly explain.

Colonel has solved it at 13:12. Thank you for participating Paddy.
ReplyDeleteOh! But he has marked it as 15A and so I was mistaken.
ReplyDeleteI don't see this grid being separated into 2 independent grids. This seems okay to me. Col. to confirm.
The two sides are not connected. Normally it should be, however there are no unchecked squares in this grid
DeleteNW side and SE side are independent of each other
