DeleteThank you Veeyares
Thanks for the Sunday special grid with FINESSE from an ERUDITE setter we enjoyed solving from our DWELLINGS. However (like me) some skipped the HIERARCHY (so to speak) of three in a go, despite NUDGES and rightly faced (R)EJECTION. We Can OFFER NO EXCUSE FOR breaking the rule as aren’t INNOCENT and need no CRECHE EMPLOYEE to check. Simply a wee bit FLAUNTY and joyful GAY TYPES (as in happy lot!!).
ReplyDeleteAn ACT OF GOD or the crime of being INGRATE perhaps, has kept us all in the last two months. BRACing ourselves we now look out for INDEPENDENCE from the virus and seek to AVENGE it. Hope a statesman like OBAMA guides us out. Then with the ADVENT of monsoon we can perform a RAIN DANCE celebrating exotic dishes from the wife’s COOKBOOKS. But watch out for the LIPID profile as our talepiece master doctor would probably advice.
Wow! Nice one Ramesh.
DeleteMaybe time to change your profile from Novice?
DeleteVery nice.
DeleteNice tale Novice. Thank you

DeleteNice Novice. glad to see different version of tale piece. BTW, today's grid was very interesting. Thanks to Veeares and Shri. Col. for make the as joyful. Have a nice day.
DeleteThanks for the special Veeyares.
ReplyDeleteBRACE, AVENGE, EJECTION were favourites.
Thank you MB, Ramki. cGB, Thanks to all solvers. Looks like we have a ‘Novice’ for tale piece. Thanks to Colonel for hosting the CW and Dr Satyen Nabar for helping to create the grid.
ReplyDeleteBy the way, this CW is a pangram. Or have I missed something?
ReplyDeleteYes, Veeyares. Wonderful attempt.
DeleteExcellent. All of us missed it.
DeleteThanks, VRS for a very well constructed grid, in particular, the long and unusual phrases. As MB has commented, the bar needs to be raised ( or lowered ?) to make the mental limbo dance more lithsome. i really enjoyed your creation.
ReplyDeleteThank you Raju Umamahswar. This is only my second CW. I will certainly try to raise the bar.
