  34. Congrats on your debut Rengaswamy!😀

Reiterating my offer to all - Those who are interested in setting crosswords for Sunday Special but lack the appropriate software or lack the technical know-how or just need a push, you can contact me on satyennabar@gmail.com

I will make the grid (you can include any specific preferences) and send you the words to be clued. Paddy and Rennar are the new talents to emerge. You can be the next :)
Even if you only require proper formatting in Compiler like setter 'Veeyares', you can send in the prepared grid in Excel or the like. The needful will be done.

    Thanks all 🙏

    1. Thank you very much Dr Satyen. But for you, I would have never attempted it. I have been contemplating to do this for the last forty years, but it just needed your push to do it. Of course, the credit also goes to Colonel, but for whom my grid would have never surfaced. Through his blog only I have learnt a lot and still learning.

  36. No VERBOSE clues. No need to SPECIALIZE in ELITE wordplays or TOIL too much. Simply solve in SILENCE there will be no LET-DOWN. This easy grid with a BOUNCER or two on Sunday after a week of some work restarting was like a soothing LULLABY.
Is the CALUMNY over? Will increase says the CYNIC. From the MODAL figures from places as diverse as SAN MARINO to Tokyo it seems so. Can’t BRUSH it OFF but must retain your COMPOSURE. Pay no heed to any TERMAGANT who could MISINFORM. But avoid any SECTIONAL outbreaks and prevent an INCIDENT in your vicinity. EQUIP yourself with safeguards, care for the unfortunate WAIF. Exercise with a STRETCH to keep your ELBOWs and TARSI in condition. Many have DABBLED for a vaccine, perhaps a chef like CORDON BLEU will come up with a concoction before AUTUMN starts. Till then stay safe and PERSIST with life normally. Have a good week….
    Thank you RENNAR!
