ReplyDelete4D- Looks like an anagram of 'Notifications' plus something. After removing 'Not if I can' tios is left out of notifications. So 'tios' plus 'It' or 'Il' from Itlian has to be found.
ReplyDeleteThi is as far as I can go.
Kind of Menu=Help
DeleteItalian =It
It is the notification part that is not correct as given by Col
The only justification I could guess is notification in Italian is notifica!
DeleteIn Fifteen Squared it is annotated the same way as Col has annotated
DeleteNOTIFICA(-tion)+N+HELP+IT
But does Most of Notification imply removing any random letters from the last ones?
IIRC, in the past 'most of' in the Everyman has been used flexibly to mean any number of letters more than half the length of the word.
DeleteAlso, a thought - is it fair to expect the substitution Everyman = I, in a syndicated crossword that bears no reference to Everyman either in a byline or in the title?
DeleteKind of menu=HELP: the reference is to the menu on a computer programme.
DeleteWelcome DG.
