  14. 4 - What the fire-raiser had when setting streetcar alight? (7,6) – BURNING DESIRE [CD]

This is a DD. The fire raiser had a 'burning desire'. A streetcar called desire was the name of a film. Streetcar alight would be 'burning desire'.
