  1. CV, Gridman seems antlered today ;-) A theme:

    5A RIBALD
    15a vulgar RACY
    31a sexually excited HORNY
    17d LARK
    28d Sexy walk, skirt opening

I wonder what he was 19d. May be he was a rake at a stag party ...
And antlers was the nearest I could think of to horns...

Nice to see Garfield's photo, Deepak.

  3. A little difficult,or probably a little tricky today or probably a new start made it so. But kicked myself for not getting the best cricketer ( my mistake to have been thinking of only an Indian one!)

  9. COL:

Aren't we expected to know the results of yesterday's Arden's special?

Apart from the solutions limited to three, how come there are no comments on that great puzzle? especially TIANANMAN SQUARE?

Any way,I thoroughly enjoyed doing that on line. I wish the Hindu ones are also put on line in a similar mode, grid and all.

  12. Col @ 11 26 pm - Probably Sri Raju (like me) anticipates our usual clue ... answer model, which is very easy to assimilate, then and there. Or else, a lot of going down and up involved.

  13. Raju, 1043, I did notice the arithmetical problem with the T square yesterday, but chose to keep mum in gratitude to Arden for the excellent puzzle.

Deepak, 848, this was first noticed in Raju's 1211 which had 1345 in the body of the post !
