The paper is often delivered with some flyer pasted onto the top half of the first page. As we pick up the paper, we are quite unable to see the main headlines. Removing the flyer leaves glue detritus or tear on the page. I have sent written complaints but it seems the circ. dept. has no control over end-of-the-line vendors. For, today the paper had a flyer stapled on to the first page. Removing it was a chore that I can do without. What's the world coming to when common courtesies are ignored in crass commercialisation?
Sorry to note that, Deepak. I hope the milkman has delivered the dairy products.
ReplyDeleteThe milkman was on time

These flyers are put by the delivery agent. If I am not wrong the Paper per se do not permit putting in flyers without their permission
