  2. Deepak, 21 is not a CD. Reno is a city in Nevada, known for easy divorce and remarriage laws, apart from its gambling casinos.
    It is a quick clue.

    As I have mentioned earlier I use 'E' only in cases where the clue is purely a definition as found in Dictionaries, e.g., 20A; the rest I classify as 'CD'.
