    15D-Plateau-where does the 'A' come from?
    6D-I put eye to eye-which is the real confrontation.But member? I attributed it to NJ'ism!

  15. I thought that 15D is TABLEAU which is TABLE + A + U and is a PICTURE. However, the others didn't fit. Also the entire grid around 15D is esoteric: bibliopole, sparge, ... Give me a break!

    I wholeheartedly agree with the other comments about missing and extra letters, and in particular, SEVEN.
