ReplyDeleteThese Bhadralok (Bengali's referring to themselves) are very polite people and end all their surnames with jee like Bannerjee, Chatterjee, Mukherjee. Why even the guys coming in from Bangladesh are refugees.
BTW, the philatelists amongst you might remember the refugee relief stamp which had to be affixed to all mail in addition to the normal postal charges
