Dr RKE's TalePiece

The Tragedy of Macbeth

The 20th century MACBETH, in a new AVTAAR wearing his Y-FRONTS, is a Thane of not Glamis but of UKRAINE. He is an AGNATIC kinsman of King Duncan. The resurrected Banquo hails from the FOREIGN soil of URUGUAY. Theirs is a UNION of ambition and daring. UNDAUNTED by the cold, they put up a TENACIOUS fight to defeat the Thane of SIBERIA. While returning, they are IN TRANSIT on a U BOAT, where they meet the Three Witches who take a bribe of some KRONA to prophesy that Macbeth will be king hereafter. Lady Macbeth believes in the HEARSAY and prevails on Macbeth who is "full o' th' milk of human kindness" to murder Duncan, justifying it as "foul is fair, fair is foul". Duncan's TEENY sons, fearing for their life, flee before they can be put IN FETTERS. Macbeth is seized by hallucinations of a COBRA  (not a dagger). Lady Macbeth takes to sleepwalking saying "Out, damned spot! Out, I say" or "all the perfumes of Arabia will not sweeten this little hand".  She commits suicide by jumping off an ELEVATOR. Banquo holds no RANCOUR but the paranoid Macbeth arranges to murder him too. FRANKLY, this causes no joy in Macbeth, who is now thrown from the FRYING PAN into the fire. Macbeth finally meets his NEMESIS in Macduff, a man "from his mother's womb/ untimely ripp'd". Macbeth RESISTS for sometime but his EARLOBE is cut off "in one fell swoop" and he is beheaded by Macduff at last. Macduff symbolically takes the MASTER KEY of Duncan's castle from a NICHE and hands it over to Prince Malcolm, PERHAPS in a gesture of generosity.

(Warning: The college would DEBAR any student daring to write such stories, tampering with The Bard of Avon)

  5. Again- looks like Dr.RKE has covered all words.
There is saying in Tamil-To give one some aval (munchable rice product) when he can even chew on nothing! (Not happy with my translation) When Dr.can spin a story out of nothing,he gets Macbeth!

    2. Would have loved to have used 100% of the solution words. In fact Colonel sexed up my new Macbeth by adorning him in Y Fronts. He also added the bribing of the witches with krona!!! Yet BIOMASS, ORDERER CORAM and YARDSTICK did not make it to the Macbeth tale

  6. Vasanth, Do you remember we were trying to collect all Talepieces of CGB. If we can do this now,it would be a wonderful collection!

  7. KRONA?

No, it is Corona. FRANKLY this TEENY weeny seems to be creating havoc and which is no longer any HEARSAY.

People in URUGUAY or SIBERIA may be as of now safe. So also in such FOREIGN lands like UKRAINE.

Indians IN TRANSIT upon arrival are asked to be in house quarantine. It is like being IN FETTERS!

    Elsewhere people are DEBARRED entry.

The 2019 nCoV is TENACIOUS and RESISTS most of the treatment (?).

The virus seems to be UNDAUNTED and needs to be pursued with the NEMESIS of an outraged humanity.

Is Y-front such a rare product? I think it should be available in any roadside shop selling underwear. Coming down to the basics, could someone write a few words describing a Y-front so the reader gets to know what exactly you mean by that?

    1. From Wikipaedia

"In the UK, the term "jockeys" has not caught on and briefs are often referred to as "Y-fronts" or simply "pants". The term derives from the genericized trademark "Y-Front", property of Jockey International.[7] It in turn derives from the inverted Y-shape formed by the seams at the front of the underpants.[8] The colloquialism is used even when the fly opening may differ in style, and not actually form the shape of the inverted letter "Y" fly on Coopers Jockey brand briefs."

    2. Thanks. I think this kind of briefs are available in any underwear shop or online as long as you don't insist on a particular brand.

    3. I am and have been a jockey user for the past 48 years. NOw they are not manufacturing my style I was on the lookout for other good brands. Couldn't find them. The crisis is a year or two away in any case.

I managed to find a small small shop on Brigade Road which had a few one year old stock.

  12. Agnatic means from father's side; so dad's dad would be an agnate.
