    A doubt- what is the purpose of the apostrophe after states? A mislead like false capitalisation?

    1. For the surface grammar it has to be states' with the apostrophe. Other option was to make it state's to get ASSERT'S (again the ' has to be ignored) but I wasn't happy with it!

  7. Tough but fair and more importantly an enjoyable puzzle.. could solve only about 2/3rds even with help from the internet... no complaints though since it gave a wonderful workout to the "little grey cells".. though my little grey cells were not that wonderful today..
