  4. Thank you for correcting me for 27-A : Piano keus, 15 or close to twenty since I erred by deeming it as SCORE (with the third letter being O) and got stuck whereas I was spot on in solving 22-D as RAISIN.
    Likewise, I fumbled while trying 24-D by reckoning the mariner as JACK and a jacket is an anorak as I kept wondering on the two letters ET being left out...
    Anyway, attempting this grid in the morning has been a good mental (vis-a-vis 14A) tonic for the day!!
