  1. My son was a PREMATURE baby & raising him was INDEED a handful task. As a baby he refused to eat anything but AFTERS. We were IMPATIENT for him to grow up and start school.

    But then, I had to constantly BEND OVER BACKWARDS to discipline him. From wearing T SHIRTs to formal occasions, to using FOUR LETTER WORDS, I had to STEADILY PRACTISE using a firm hand. Sometimes BICEPS had to be flexed.

    As he grew older & I thought the atmosphere was CONDUCIVE to discuss things like values, he started treating me like a NON PERSON. He insisted my ideas were CORNY & my tastes the FLASHEST. Keeping a RUEFUL face, he would EXCLUDE me from all his activities. I had to maintain a RISHI like countenance & my EXITS from the scene were always hasty after he had RENEGED again.

    In those days, how we ASPIRED for a normal DUTIFUL son, one who would FLOURESCE & light up our lives! At that time, we couldn't have imagined the wonderful adult, he will grow up to be.

    My best buddy who takes me to RECITALS & CANOE rides, who teaches me all about computers & OPERATING SYSTEMs, who helps me to REPOT my plants - is he the same premature bawling baby, the adamant sulky teenager?

    Time can Indeed work wonders & my son is the living proof of that!

  25. 10A- Stem- Steam- A
    Energy= Steam, Answer=A
    Radical is the def.
    I had a doubt about the meaning as radical but on checking, I found
    . stem - (linguistics) the form of a word after all affixes are removed; "thematic vowels are part of the stem"
    root word, root, theme, radical, base
