    Are these competitions hands free? Meaning, no mobiles allowed ?

      Hi. The 10 qualifying rounds are online. Everything is allowed. You can use phones, dictionaries, check references if you so desire.
      The prelims and finals are live in Bangalore, no phones or references allowed there.
