    I jumped at the offer. But now it looks like it will clash head on with our Alumni meet on the same date & time. I was hoping it may not. Pl. put me in the 'On the fence' list. I will confirm later. Pity is that I don't want to miss either.

    Alas, I'll be missing an opportunity. I'll be on Indian Ayah Service, away in the land of Uncle Sam from 28th Jan till 28th July, to ''assist'' my daughter and S-in-Law with their day to day affairs in their career as there is a pet pug"' Bugby" to look after too !! Of course all these looking after will be done by my soul mate and I'll catch up with my disposal of a whole lot of unfinished crossies, which I intend taking along, as additional baggage. In other words, I'll be a Gentleman of leisure. Just chill in the freezing weather of Big Apple , watching the snow fall( which I've never done before !) writing a bit of doggerel and limericks and verses on the virtues of Mother Nature .
    No doubt, I shall be tracking all the goings- on in this inimitable blog and its sloggers on a daily basis , on line.

    Good luck and Godspeed for the S& B gathering. Looking forward to participate in virtual reality!!

    Arvind - I remember seeing you at IXL 2014 final in BNG but we didn't meet and talk. Hope we will have an interaction this time.
    So also on that day I couldn't talk with some others whose names were familiar to me and with whom I may have even exchanged some emails.

      which train & class? I saw the sleeper was avail on 7th for 12760 & 8th 12603 &booked it. Didn't want to risk a WL on ac classes

      Train no 12604 on 7/2 by AC and return on 9/2 by 12603 by AC. Though ticket is WL I'm sure it would get confirmed and meet you guys.

    So far we have had one or two visitors from BNG for our S&B meetings in CHN.This time the contingent from BNG is strong. I am glad. And of the five, I have already met four somewhere or the other! The fifth is AS is where is.

      WAG I came across in a press report just this morning..
      I didn't know what it was.
      Reading further, I saw the words 'wife and girlfriend'.
      I believe the Indian cricketers are banned from taking their WAG along with them on cricket tour.
      I am not a cricketer. The ban doesn't apply to me.
      However, I have only W in WAG..
